
Artist Bio
Rebekah Potter’s work has been shown at the New Mexico Museum of Art, 333 Montezuma Street
Gallery in Santa Fe, and the Mississippi Museum of Art, among others. In 2006,
she was awarded a Fellowship by the Mississippi Arts
Commission, funded through the National Endowment for the Arts. Additionally, she was selected to be a part of the Mississippi
Biennial. In 2007 she curated a show at the Repetti Gallery (NYC) titled "Dimensions:
Determining the Dynamics of Space." She was awarded a grant by the Puffin
Foundation for a collaborative Tumbleweed Installation that took place in fall
of 2009 at the Harwood Art Center in Albuquerque, NM. Additionally in 2010 she
was selected by Judy Pfaff to be a part of the “ Texas National” exhibition.
Most recently
she was selected to be a part of “Art on the Edge (2013)” at the New Mexico Museum of Art, curated by Toby Kamps curator of the Menil Collection.
